Megan Yelaney is a native Long Islander living in Los Angeles while pursuing a career in film, television and theater.   In 2008, she performed in the La Jolla Playhouse production of the now Tony- award-winning musical “MEMPHIS.”   She has also played the role of Jeanie in TheatreZone’s production of “HAIR” in Naples, Florida.  You may have seen Megan in some independent films and projects, working alongside directors David Lehre, Kevin Kast, and renowned author, Jessica Brody.
 
Although performing is where her heart is, Megan has business aspirations as well.  She graduated from San Diego State University in 2009 as the Outstanding Graduate of the Business School. Megan is hoping to someday combine her love of theater and film with her experience and education in marketing – whether on-stage or behind the scenes.   A gifted singer, Megan is looking to work with bands ranging from pop/rock to country to Broadway….any style that can challenge her!
